Stupidly simple question about toggle-style wall switches

I've sunk a bunch of resources into a Z-Wave-based home lighting project. The switches that I installed are working fine, but now we're stuck with two different kinds of switches, and I'd like to replace the others to make them consistent.

I'm running into a stupid problem. The Leviton Z-Wave switches that I installed look like rockers, but you don't actually press on the top half - the bottom half toggles the lights on and off. I can't seem to find any other switches - by Leviton or anyone else! - that have that same mechanism: every other rocker-style switch works in the usual way, with top = on, bottom = off.

What am I missing? Is there some keyword that describes the type of switch mechanism in the Z-Wave switches I've installed? I thought that "paddle" might distinguish this feature from normal rockers, but it seems that they're synonymous.

Please help, /r/homeimprovement - thanks...
