We need to have the floors replaced in our home (in the NE of the U.S.), and the flooring specialist we're working with has recommended the Maison Collection line of engineered hardwood floors produced by Mannington. Does anyone have any experience or knowledge of this line of flooring? To make a long story short, we're replacing existing solid hardwood that never stabilized, so we're going with engineered this time around. We'd like the flooring to be high quality and reliable. Unfortunately, it's very difficult to obtain objective information on different flooring products that are available.
