Bought a ridgid after a few people here recommended. Returned it out of disappointment.
All the hose components and attachments were rubbish. Things weren't getting sucked up. All together I was surprised how crappy it was considering there were a few recommendations here and in /r/buyitforlife.
I primarily need two things:
- Vacuum that sucks really good
- Hepa filtration that is legitimate (ridgid let all sorts of particles loose, and didn't seal well).
This leads me to the lead/RRP approved shop vacs. Dustless seems to come out ahead in "low price" compared to alot of the other industrial quality vacs, but I am worried its got the same problems that ridgid will have.
Anyone able to recommend something?
